Follow the below date and category name format as below.
Date – Account – Category – Subcategory – Note – Amount -Income/Expense – Description - Amount Sub - Currency
Date : mm/dd/yyyy e.g.) 15/11/2023
The category and account name have to be the same as the app setting.
'Account' and 'Category' fields must be filled. Otherwise, the data importation would fail.
・ You can specify your data into three categories which are “Income”, “Expenses”, and “Transfer-Out”.
・ For transfer-expenses, it is required to indicate the sender’s account details at “Account” whereas the beneficiary’s account details should be indicated under “Category”.
*Please note:
*The sub-currencies must be added in the Money Manager app on your phone before the import.
(Phone > Money Manager > More > Configuration > Sub Currency Setting > click on the + button on the top right corner > search and select the sub-currency to add)
*Insert the sub-currency amount in the sub-currency amount field on the spreadsheet.
(For example, if you have purchased an item worth 9.13 Euros, insert 9.13 in the 'AmountSub' field, and the converted 10 Dollars in the 'Amount' field.)
*The sub-currency field should be inserted with the ISO codes (For example, USD, EUR, KRW etc.) of the sub-currencies. (Reference: ISO 4217 Code)

* Note *
・ As the .xls file is not backup data, this process is limited to fully recover by exported .xls files.
We recommend using 'money_android.sqlite' file for backup/restore. (How to backup and restore data)
・ There would be some possible exceptions due to the complexity of conversion from MS Excel file.
In order to prevent losing your data, backup your data to email or Google Drive in advance of the import process.
Please carry out a trial run for this prior to the actual data import in preventing the failure.
